Antony and Slade's 3 day visit to Grandma and Granddad.

We really had a lot of fun with Slade and Anthony this week. They arrived Monday evening and we took them back Thursday evening. They got along so well. They explored the Gila river and shot the BB gun, they went fishing at Cluff's Pond and shot the BB gun, they went hiking on Mt. Graham and shot the BB gun, they went bowling with Grandma (no they did not shoot the BB gun at the bowling ally) and they spent a lot of time building a fire pit, they fed the gold fish in our pond, they played games with Granddad and Grandma. They remind me of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn with their desire for adventure and their active imaginations. Anthony and Slade at Cluff's Pond for fishing. The boys in a cotton field by our home. Anthony and Slade were like mountain goats on steroids on our hike on Mt. Graham. Anthony was the only one to catch a fish. It was a Blue Gill. Grandma Karen taking a quick breather on the hike up the mountain. She was able to climb over boulders, logs, and lizards about as fast as the boys-way to go grandma!
